You
are purchasing the 2006 Steve Rude Sketchbook. The book is comprised of
pages directly from his sketchbook and includes everything from
charcoal studies to pen and ink studies to paintings.
The
book is 64 pages in softcover with high quality paper used on the
interior. Everything is in black and white. Pages are 8-1/2 x 11. Lots
of handwritten notes. Steve also took the time to type notes on almost
every page!
The book may be signed by Steve or personalized on request. If you would like your book signed or personalized, please use the box at the left marked request (this shows up on your invoice with no title, so please do not just put "yes", put "please sign" or "sign to Jim", etc). THANK YOU!
This book includes images of all your favorite characters: Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, Supergirl, Thor, Captain America, Fantastic Four, Thing, Wonder Woman, Black Canary, Nexus, Sundra Peale, Dr. Doom, Silver Surfer, Mightor, some great Kirby recreations, and many many more.
Each year Steve puts out a new sketchbook. Most of the sketches included in the sketchbooks are commissions that have never before been published.
